Our Women Only classes teach you the basic defense skills to defend yourself from a larger, stronger attacker. The women’s self defense techniques are based on leverage, technique, and strategy- not strength.  The classes are fun, a great workout, and they will give you confidence that will enhance all areas of your life!
The classes will empower you by teaching you all ranges of self defense, including:
- Punching
- Kicking
- Takedowns
- Ground Grappling
- Multiple Attackers
- Weapons
This means you’ll also get a great cross training workout!
