Judo
Judo is a system of throwing and ground grappling utilizing the gi or uniform.
Judo was founded by Jigoro Kano in the late 1800s and was derived from Japanese Jiu-Jitsu. East West combines this incredible takedown art with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to create students that are effective both standing and on the ground.
Sensei Ted Tripp is the 2009 Can American Black Belt Champion, and holder of numerous titles in Judo. He has been a black belt for over 15 years.
