SELF-DEFENSE SEMINAR WITH SHARON SCHLEIF
Sharon has trained for more than 7 years in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and other mixed martial arts. She has an East West black belt and has a purple belt with 4 stripes in Machado BJJ. Sharon trains under Ryan Fiorenzi and Tyrone Gooden She has trained with all 5 of the Machado brothers and rolled with most of them. She also trains yearly with female black belts including Kris Shaw and Cindy Omatsu. This seminar will include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques that work especially well for women as well as self-defense techniques that every woman should know. Special guest appearance both days!
When: Saturday, March 20th and Sunday March 21sts
Time:12:00-3:00 p.m. both days
Location: East West Martial Arts – Canton, MI
Cost: $60 for one day or $100 for both
